Peanut Butter Jaggery Sandesh

Peanut Butter Chenna Discs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Pintola Organic Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Curdle the milk with lemon juice, then drain the whey to obtain chenna.
  • Knead the chenna until smooth, then mix with peanut butter and jaggery powder.
  • Shape the mixture into small discs.
  • Chill before serving. Enjoy your peanut butter chenna discs!
