Peanut Butter Chenna Discs Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
 - 1/4 cup Pintola Organic Peanut Butter
 - 2 tbsp jaggery powder (or to taste)
 
Instructions
- Curdle the milk with lemon juice, then drain the whey to obtain chenna.
 - Knead the chenna until smooth, then mix with peanut butter and jaggery powder.
 - Shape the mixture into small discs.
 - Chill before serving. Enjoy your peanut butter chenna discs!
