Healthy Modak Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pintola Jumbo Rolled Oats, ground to flour
- 1/4 cup Pintola All Natural Cashew Butter
- 1/4 cup date paste
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Chopped cashews for filling
Instructions
- Mix oats flour, cashew butter, date paste, and cardamom powder.
- Gradually add warm water to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions.
- Shape each portion into a cup, fill with chopped cashews, and seal to form a modak shape.
- Steam the modaks for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your healthy modaks!
