Steamed Coconut Jaggery Rice Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Pintola Coconut Jaggery Spread
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Mix rice flour with warm water to make a soft dough.
  • Make small discs from the dough, and fill each with the coconut jaggery mixture.
  • Seal the edges and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
