Steamed Coconut Jaggery Rice Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
 - 1/2 cup Pintola Coconut Jaggery Spread
 - 1/4 cup grated coconut
 - Water as needed
 
Instructions
- Mix rice flour with warm water to make a soft dough.
 - Make small discs from the dough, and fill each with the coconut jaggery mixture.
 - Seal the edges and steam for 10 minutes.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!
